RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Fisher + Baker we are committed to the quality of our products and the complete satisfaction of our customers. We will gladly accept the return of unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise with original tags.

 

Returns:
If you purchased a product directly from Fisher + Baker and for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt for a refund to your original method of payment or online store credit. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with all tags attached.

Products purchased from an authorized Fisher + Baker retailer must be returned to the place of purchase. They will facilitate your return or warranty claim.

At this time, we can only accept returns of product shipped within the United States and Canada. We do not accept returns for items shipped internationally.

Within 48 hours of receipt of your submitted Returns Merchandise form, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) with information on how to process your return.

 

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange a product, please indicate such on the Returns Merchandise form. We will ship out your new order within 3-5 days of receipt of your returned product. You will be responsible for shipping charges on all products returned for an exchange, unless the reason is a shipping error by Fisher + Baker.

 

Warranty Returns:

Warranty returns will be handled under the same conditions as stated above in our Returns policy.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty will be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping. All shipping charges for Warranty must be pre-paid and insured. Fisher + Baker cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. California State law requires that products accepted for repair be clean. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary.

 

The Other Stuff:
Please note that all products purchased on clearance are final sale, and cannot be returned.

All returns must be first authorized by Fisher + Baker. We will not accept products returned without a RMA.

Fisher + Baker cannot be held liable for products lost in transit, therefore we recommend using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Fisher + Baker cannot be held responsible for items lost during return shipping.
